One Step Closer! Molds Are Done!

We have some great news! We have the first shot EAROS ONE production samples in-hand! Parts are coming off the molds now and we expect to kick off mass production in about 2-4 weeks. This is the final steps of building and testing the molds. This means that you can expect your EAROS ONE’s to be shipped September. We are very excited to be one step closer to the process and could not be happier with the results of the first products, to say that our engineers are elated is an understatement. There are still a few minor details that need to be looked over. At the moment, we are completing our compliance testing and production cycle, just so we know that everything will go as smooth as possible once we start rolling. 

We appreciate everyone’s support and, especially, patience in this process. We promise you that we are delivering the best product out there. We could not have done this without you. So thank you again! Once we get another major update, we will be sure to notify you through KickStarter. For now, check out these great pictures!

Backerkit Surveys Are Out!

Dear Backers,

The EAROS ONE's are coming along great. We are working with our USA manufacturer everyday on getting the molds finished and the parts in hand. We will share a full production update soon with photos and descriptions of everything going on. We are so grateful for your support. 

The Backerkit Survey is now out! Please be sure to check your email for the survey. We highly encourage you to fill this out as soon as possible as it will speed the process of getting EAROS to you, it will only take a minute. 

We would also like to ask you to excuse the multiple emails and requests from EAROS. We are getting close and very excited to get EAROS ONE in your hands.

We’ve noticed that a few backers are interested in increasing their pledge or purchasing an extra EAROS ONE. If you are already a backer and would like to do so, the backer kit will allow you to make any such changes. 

There is no need to create a Backerkit Account in order to complete the survey. Just click the survey and fill it out! 

If you decide later that you would like to adjust or review your pledge, you can go back to the survey at any time before the deadline any make the necessary changes.

NEXT STEPS + BACKERKIT

Hello Backers!

We are already pressing hard on the production. Our Chief Product Designer flew to meet with the production facility yesterday and finalized all the parts for molding. By making this product in AMERICA we are ensuring an extremely high quality product. We will have another update shortly on our production and manufacturing facility in upstate NY. 

A few things need to happen before we can kick off fulfillment:

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).  

Second, we have to find out which reward you ordered and where we need to ship them. Or arrange for your event package. We will send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.  

We will give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.  

If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)  

BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.  

If you used Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you'd prefer to use, please message us.

A Message From Our Founder, An Incredible Experience!

Dear Backers,

As most of you are Kickstarter savvy and some others new to this process, I am grateful to all of you for this experience to work together. We have learned a lot about our mission through your constructive and positive feedback.  

Working with Kickstarter this past month has been very enlightening to say the least and we are very pleased with the progress we have made on the fundraising aspect.

Our expectations have been surpassed. I, personally, was not very familiar with Kickstarter or understood the value of crowdfunding. We worked tirelessly to make sure that we touched most of you and added our special ingredient to the mix.

For those of you whom I have not had the pleasure of meeting with personally, I want to thank you for your support and involvement in this project. Your financial backing, no matter the amount, shows the need for this product. As for my friends and family, I also want to thank you for your support and guidance through this journey. I need your help now more than ever to keep raising the awareness and share the importance of protecting your ears. 

The gesture of concern in a certain place and time is what really matters to us. I sincerely hope I can put an EAROS in every human ear that has experienced tinnitus and any form of hearing issues which impeded your ability to enjoy a moment and vibe musically which those closest to you. 

Our small hard working EAROS team is very proud of the campaign and it's success, with limited resources and time constraints we all pulled together beautifully, I love you guys. We collectively believe that without dedication, persistence, and passion, our goal to help ALL music lovers, musicians, and people who live a loud environments and want to keep enjoying themselves with out health risks could not have been achieved.

Your hearing is one of the most valuable of your senses and it needs to be protected. This is not about a product but it is an eco-system of responsible technology. 

We want to go beyond the product and get down to the heart of the matter. We are firm believers in more substance and less gimmicks.
