Over 60% Shipped, Social Media, and Tax Concerns

Dear Backers,
Since our last update, just over 60% of orders have been successfully shipped from our PA Warehouse to locations around the world. Delivery times will take on average 6-10 business days and will vary depending on location. Once you get your reward, please be sure to download the EAROS App and always measure any loud environments.
EAROS App Update
There are a few minor details that need to be worked out on the App such as “creating an account” and notification adjustments. Those will be solved shortly.

We also encourage backers who currently have their reward to post on your social media with your new EAROS ONE.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers should also be up and running, once your order starts to get shipped, you should be receive an email notifying you that the shipping process has begun and you have a tracking number to follow your order. Please let us know if you have any issues in this regard, starting from now.
Tax Concerns
We know you are concerned in regards to the duty taxes for your EAROS ONE reward. Since these are rewards, we've marked your orders as gifts coming from the U.S., normally packages with this mark are supposed to have no or very small custom taxation.
Please note: It is up to your respective customs office to decide whether or not to apply taxes to your order. They inspect the data that was inputted on the package, they look at the actual product that is being shipped and, based on that, they decide the taxes that should be implemented. Having said that, it is extremely difficult to determine this and would be inefficient for backers to pay extra beforehand for something that may or may not happen. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our hands.
Our suggestion is that you talk to the customs office and tell them that you are receiving a personal gift from the U.S. and this shipment is not being used for re-sale of any sorts.

Please consider that EAROS ONE is an investment for your future hearing, it is a product that offers one of the best levels of protection, and aims to provide the utmost clarity in your next listening experience.

SHIPPING HAS BEGUN
Last week the EAROS ONE product began shipping from our PA Warehouse. The Early Bird and Premier Exclusive orders will start arriving within the next week. The rest will follow shortly after. We expect all orders to deliver for the holidays.
Since you will all soon have an EAROS ONE in your hands, please check out this "Thank You" video from our Founder RONNIE MADRA which also includes how to insert the EAROS correctly.

Production has Started!

Dear Backers,
We are happy to announce that production of EAROS ONE has started this week! We would like to let our Premium Exclusive and Super Early Bird Backers know that you will be getting your rewards between the end of November and early December. As for the backers in the next tiers, expect your EAROS ONE’s to come in mid to late December. It will be a busy time of the year for shipping so please be patient with any delays that may occur, especially with international orders.
With over 60+ countries, we have a lot of work that still needs to be done in terms of shipping, but we will make sure each and every backer receives their reward!
We are locking down all the orders on BackerKit on Monday. Any uncharged credit cards will be charged and all addresses and payments will be locked in. Please double check that we have the correct address and update your address if needed through the BackerKit Survey that was sent when the campaign ended.
The BackerKit Store will be closing soon so if you want to add an additional EAROS ONE, please do so now.
EAROS will be announcing the EAROS ONE Release Party shortly as well as directly contacting those backers with events or club access included in their reward.
Once again, we appreciate everyone’s continued support and patience as we know this has been a hard journey for EAROS but we are ready to prove that the wait was well worth it!
